The goal was to improve key metrics including registration completions, first-time deposits, and overall user engagement. We implemented several tests on registration CTAs, content presentation, and user interface (UI) enhancements to drive higher conversion rates and user interactions across the platform.
Result or How we did it heading
For homepage optimisation, we added a video to the hero section, which increased the Register CTA button click rate by 4.77%. This video content helped capture the user’s attention, leading to more successful registrations.
We also adjusted the registration form by testing a stronger headline and adding an "over 18" confirmation at the start of the sign-up process. This change resulted in a 1.14% increase in the Next button clicks, as it clarified entry requirements, reducing confusion and streamlining the process.
We tested sticky CTAs on mobile, including a prominent "Register Now" button to make the registration process more accessible and visible as users scrolled through the page.
Solution
