The goal was to introduce Ollie Health to healthcare practitioners and generate high-quality B2B leads through paid media campaigns. We aimed to increase user signups, improve wallet activations, and enhance user engagement on the platform.
Result or How we did it heading
For user registration, we implemented stronger headline copy and added an "over 18" age confirmation at the beginning of the sign-up process. This change resulted in a 1.14% increase in the Next button clicks, improving the flow and clarity of the registration journey.
We simplified the B2C landing page for first-time users by removing unnecessary CTAs, including the 'open wallet' CTA. This streamlined approach resulted in a 6.3% increase in activated wallets and a 44.20% decrease in drop-off rate during the activation journey.
We added a video to the homepage, which increased the Register CTA button click rate by 4.77%, capturing user attention more effectively.
To further improve engagement, we tested sticky CTAs on mobile, making the registration process more visible and accessible as users scrolled through the page.
